Tradesmen requirements
Here at Elite Tradesmen we strive for the highest of standards.
If you or your company can meet our criteria and would be interested in affiliating with us please call us on any of the contact numbers, text our mobile number or fill out the registration contact form found on this website, we will be happy to talk to you about working together. To ensure the standards we require are achieved we request that all our tradesmen complete the following registration process:
- - Complete the registration form.
- - Provide details of customers within the last six months who would be happy to recommend your work.
- - Sign our quality assurance / terms & conditions contract.

All our tradesmen are local to Southport & its surrounding areas, all have been interviewed to ensure that they are reliable, reputable and good value for money. We are very careful who we take on our books because our main asset is our reputation.
Feedback is requested from all Elite Tradesmen customers following any work carried out for them by our affiliated trademen. This feedback will be used on an ongoing basis to ensure standards are maintained by all our tradesmen.
Why register with Elite Tradesmen?
Advertising - our service will be regularly advertised in local press and on local web sites. Regular flyer & leaflet drops and hand outs. In addition to local advertising we also have sign written vehicles and graphics for you to display on your vehicle should you wish to do so.
Online portfolio showing pictures of your recent work and statements from your previous customers in regards to your work. Your portfolio will be available for viewing by all customers to which you submit an estimate or quote.
Signed statement detailing all aspects of the job including work to be carried out, agreed price and payment date, start and completion date etc. This statement is signed by both the tradesman and customer so as to provide each party with a clear view as to what is expected.
Access to local jobs as soon as they become available. When a job is posted on the site we will also email and text all concerned tradesmen, this way you can be sure never to miss available work.
We will view in person the majority of jobs posted on the site taking accurate measurements and details to allow you to accurately quote for each job. For more detailed jobs the customer will be informed that tradesmen will need to visit the property to take additional information in order to give an accurate quote or estimate.
What do we charge?
There is no charge to be registered with us, many 'agencies' will take on as many tradesmen as possible just to make an income from the registration costs. These companies will also have many tradesmen available for each job as they will take on just anyone. We do not work like this, our charge is 10% of your agreed quote price, this is paid to us before work is started and is paid by the customer. In this way if we don't provide you with any work then there's no charge. We find this way of working to be in everyone's best interest, ensuring we find our tradesmen as much work as possible. This is one of the reasons we insist on using only quality tradesmen, the more work passes through us, the better our reputation and the reputation of the tradesmen involved.
